It is written to meet the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, for users in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

Data we collect

• Details you submit: name, mobile number, whether it is on WhatsApp, email, budget, purchase timeline, preferred areas.
• Context of your enquiry: the project and page you enquired from, campaign (UTM) parameters, referring website and time of submission.
• Usage data through Google Analytics and, where enabled, the Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag: pages viewed, device and approximate location.
• Shortlisted projects are stored only in your browser (local storage) and are not sent to us.

Why we use it (purpose and legal basis)

• To respond to your enquiry and send price lists, floor plans and brochures you request — based on your request and consent.
• To send launch alerts, only if you opt in. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• To understand how the site is used and measure advertising — based on our legitimate interest or your consent where required.
• To meet our legal obligations as a licensed broker, including anti-money-laundering (KYC) checks when you proceed with a purchase.

Who we share it with

• The developer of a project you choose to reserve, to process your booking.
• Service providers who process data for us: Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection), Google (Sheets, email, analytics), Meta and LinkedIn (advertising measurement, if enabled).
• Authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data. Some providers store data outside the UAE and India; we rely on their contractual safeguards for these transfers.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after your last contact, unless you become a client, in which case transaction records are kept as required by UAE law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing.
